Reflect on what areas of your life fill out your wellness wheel. What needs some more attention and how can you work on filling it?
Hello friends,
Yesterday, in my journal response, I mentioned the Wellness Wheel, a tool for reflecting on and improving your holistic wellbeing. It was first developed by Dr. Bill Hettler, co-founder of the National Wellness Institute. The six dimensions of Wellness that Dr. Hettler suggested are Emotional, Occupational, Physical, Social, Intellectual, and Spiritual. The Wellness Wheel also adds Environmental as a 7th dimension.
Take 5-15 minutes and write about
