Hello friends,

We’ve been thinking a lot throughout January about what we’d like to change and how we want to get there, but I want to take some time today for gratitude.

Shelter is one of our most fundamental needs and I feel very lucky to have finally arrived somewhere where I never have to move again if I don’t want to. That hasn’t really sunk in yet. Sometimes I still feel very unmoored. With today’s prompt, I’m trying to help myself settle in emotionally in the same way that I’ve settled in pretty successfully physically (all our boxes are unpacked).

What do you love most about your home?

I hope that today’s prompt helps you feel gratitude for the space that shelters you and to yourself for all of the work you’ve done to make that space a home instead of just a roof over your head.
