What did you get done this week?

Hello friends,

When my anxiety is getting the best of me, it feels like my brain has 100+ tabs open and I can feel myself thinking less effectively and efficiently. I’ve been trying to close out these tabs lately, with a good amount of success and many more to go, but there is nothing quite as satisfying as crossing off something on your to-do list.

I don’t know about you, but perhaps part of why my brain feels so cluttered is because I haven’t actually been keeping my lists lately. I’ve just been trying to remember. But I can cheat out the satisfaction of checking something off my list and also give myself more of a sense of clarity and control by making the list retroactively and celebrating what I’ve managed to get done this week.
